1. Who we are

Roomviz is a product of Wild Mint Studio, operated by S Myers Limited, a company registered in England and Wales at 66 Sandpiper Road, Lordswood, Southampton, SO16 8FF, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). These terms apply whenever you use the Roomviz web app at visualiser.wildmintstudio.co.uk or roomviz.wildmintstudio.co.uk.

2. The service

Roomviz lets you upload a photo of a room and a photo of a product, and generates an AI visualisation showing the product placed in the room. It's intended to help you and your customers get a quick sense of how a product might look — not as a precise measurement, design or installation tool.

3. Plans and billing

• Free trial — a limited number of renders with no payment details required.
• Trade and Shop plans — paid monthly subscriptions with a fixed monthly render allowance, billed in advance via Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@wildmintstudio.co.uk; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Unused renders don't roll over between periods.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to only upload photos you have the right to use, and not to use Roomviz to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive or misleading content. You agree not to attempt to circumvent render limits, scrape the service, or interfere with its normal operation.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you give us a limited licence to process it solely to generate your visualisation, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated results

Renders are produced by an AI image model and are indicative only. They do not confirm dimensions, colour accuracy, material compatibility or installation requirements. Always check measurements and compatibility with the actual product before you buy or install anything based on a Roomviz render.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Roomviz available and working well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or discontinue features of the service, and will give reasonable notice of any change that materially affects paid plans.

8. Liability

Roomviz is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using Roomviz and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
