1. Who we are
Roomviz is a product of Wild Mint Studio, operated by S Myers Limited, a company registered in England and Wales at 66 Sandpiper Road, Lordswood, Southampton, SO16 8FF, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@wildmintstudio.co.uk.
2. What we collect

3. Your photos, specifically
When you create a visualisation, your room and product photos are sent to our AI image processing provider to generate the result. We do not use your photos to train any AI model. The generated result image is cached for up to 24 hours so repeat requests are instant, then automatically deleted — we do not keep your original uploaded photos beyond what's needed to generate that visualisation.

- To provide the service — generate your visualisations and manage your account and render quota
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To communicate with you about your account or trial
- To keep the service secure and reliable
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers (data processors) to run Roomviz:
- OpenAI — processes room and product photos to generate renders
- Google — provides the optional "Sign in with Google" option
- Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions
- Supabase — hosts our app, database and file storage
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.
6. Legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service you've signed up for), based on your consent (for optional Google sign-in), and for our legitimate interests in keeping the service secure and working correctly.
7. Retention
We keep your account and licence data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Rendered images are cached for a maximum of 24 hours. Your sign-in session expires automatically after a period of inactivity.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@wildmintstudio.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
9. Cookies
Roomviz uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
10. International transfers
Some of our service providers (OpenAI, Google, Stripe) may process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, we rely on their standard contractual clauses and other appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
